Job posting: Asst Director & Collection Management (Grand Forks)
Please excuse the cross-posting. Before you delete this because it is in North Dakota, please consider it. North Dakota has clean air, nice people and the cost of living is low. Perhaps you've heard about our strong economy due to the oil boom in the western part of the state. Our housing prices are reasonable. State employee benefits are good - we don't pay anything for our health insurance - even a family plan. You can take one class/semester free of charge. Yes, it is cold in the winter but you put on layers and go on with life. Our summers are beautiful. We are close to the Minnesota lake country with great hiking, camping, fishing and bicycling opportunities. There is an active arts community. There's also Division 1 hockey and other athletics. We are a community-based medical school so we have students and faculty distributed around the state. We also do lots of outreach activities through our contract with the GMR/NNLM. Grand Forks is a nice-sized college town with an Air Force base. Please don't hesitate to contact me (see below) if you have any questions.
