From the GMR: Patient Safety Course is Now Online!

Join us starting next week for our Patient Safety Resource Seminar: Librarians on the Front Lines in an online format. This five-week course will cover the same materials as the four-hour in-person class, but you can take it at your own pace via Moodle. We will cover definitions, system issues and legislation. Additionally, the course allows you to focus in one of three areas: patient safety to consumers, advocating patient safety in your institution, or teaching patient safety. Your participation will earn 6 MLA CE.

Sign up today for this course which will run from November 12th - December 14th, 2012. Register online with the GMR registration system at:

See you online and feel free to email me directly with any questions.
