From the GMR: Free Webinar: Using Evaluation Findings to Tell Your Project's Story

Hello, Network Members,

Here is a *free* online MLA CE training opportunity in our Lake Effects series:
Once Upon a Time: Using Evaluation Findings to Tell Your Project's Story (February 21, 2013, 1:00pm CT)

Presenter: Cindy Olney, PhD, NN/LM Outreach Evaluation Center (OERC)
Once upon a time, there was an evaluation report that people actually read. Sound like a fairy tale? Exactly! A report format that follows a typical story-telling structure can help you communicate your project's story so that stakeholders may actually pay attention. In this format, you use evaluation data to complement, not overpower, the most important messages you want to convey. Cindy will describe how to use a story format to report evaluation findings. This format can be adapted for written reports, presentations, and even elevator speeches and will highlight how hospital librarians may benefit from evaluation reporting.
