Showing by your own leadership example, the ability to form a personal vision and share that vision with other and use compassion, trust, and honesty to guide a group of people to accomplish this ethical and right vision or goal. Turning your personal vision into a leadership vision and getting people to agree with your vision and trust in your vision; do this through your own actions and getting people in congruence with you. Using the some of the 7 C's as Asin and Asin talk about such as collaborating to get everyone working together, commitment to obtain a collective group effort, and citizenship to get everyone to take responsibility for achieving the same goals. The ability to view yourself and your team or group from the outside or the "balcony" to better be able to see the whole picture and the whole situation. Then being aware of both what your doing and seeing the whole picture simultaneously. Being able to take into consideration cultural differences in people on your team and see how that may affect their ability to follow. Leadership is also the ability to handle conflict in a respectful way and decide how to make decisions.
