Using the some of the 7 C's as Asin and Asin talk about such as collaborating to get everyone working together, commitment to obtain a collective group effort, and citizenship to get everyone to take responsibility for achieving the same goals. The ability to view yourself and your team or group from the outside or the "balcony" to better be able to see the whole picture and the whole situation. Then being aware of both what your doing and seeing the whole picture simultaneously. Being able to take into consideration cultural differences in people on your team and see how that may affect their ability to follow.
