Please join us for this very unique opportunity to visit the UMN Cedar Creek Ecosystem Science Reserve for the latest research affecting Minnesota's natural resources. Presentation by Dr. Jeff Corney, on how climate change may affect MN; visit field experiments on biodiversity (1st in the world); prescribed burn units and red-headed woodpecker habitat. Discussion on how this research may apply to private land management decisions and practices.
Dress and prepare appropriately for outdoor field tour. We will carpool from the facility following an indoor presentation. Light refreshments provided.
