WEST BANKERS NOON HOUR GROUP WALKS:

Meet at weekdays 12:05 pm on the First Floor near the Heller Hall elevators, rain or shine!.

TIPS FOR WALKING:
1. Dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes.
2. Bring a bottle of ice water and put on sunscreen.
3. UPlan members can sign-up the for the FREE 10,000 Steps Program.
Register (or re-register) at uofm.10k-steps.com
You will use a University of Minnesota promotional code to register. The promotional code is ustep10 for University participants for the 2010 calendar year. (If you had a previous 10,000 StepsĀ® account, you will need to re-register using this new promotional code).
You will also be asked to provide your U of M employee identification number along with your date of birth.
