If you use iTunes (you don't need to have a iPod!) all you have to do is click the Subscribe button next to my podcast in the iTunes Music Store under the Sports category, and iTunes downloads the latest episode of my podcast. You can also subscribe to my podcast in iTunes with this The Viking Underground Podcast XML link. Choose Advanced "Subscribe to Podcast" and enter the URL. Here is how my podcast appears on iTunes:

I am a new reader/listener, and the VU Podcast is THE podcast that I look forward to the most every week. I especially enjoy the chats with opposing fans, though I think in the future it would be wise just to have equal numbers on both sides so that you don't get picked on too much (as in the KC episode). It's a great site, and keep up the great work!
I would be curious (and maybe you would too) to see from the fans who they would pick for the placekicking battle. Coach Tice will have to make a really tough decision coming up in a few days, and I don't even know who I would select. I think that would be a poll topic: two hard choices with no cop-out answers (i.e. listing Jimmy Kleinsasser as an option).
