Tice Approval Poll
Head coach Mike Tice carried a Viking Underground 7% Approval Rating into the game against the Saints. Isn't that impeachable? In any event, expect Tice's approval rating to go up this week after the first team victory of the 2005 - 2006 season.
Vote your approval....or otherwise....to the left.
Moblog
The Viking Underground Moblog site was very active Sunday as I reported in via audio from the press box and the field. Photos were posted and two videos are now available. Check it out if you did not during the game.
Panoramic Photos
Here are some panoramic photos that I took Sunday. Photo One is the north end zone and Photo Two is from behind the Vikings bench.

Here are sixty-three photos from the game:

Where Aaron Brooks was most of the game.
Personally, I think Nate was calling the plays.
Smoot and Donte' Stallworth went at it all day.
Nowhere to run and nowhere to hide.
Someone queue the music from 'Jaws'.
Lance Johnstone and Kevin Williams on the bench.
Williamson runs past McKenzie...again.
Has Tice ever gone a game without tossing one of these? At least it worked to our favor today.
My Section 101 neighbors, Reuben & Patty.
Pat "The Planet" Williams implores the crowd to get loud!
The first of many TD's is what I'm thinking. You?
Williamson made a great catch for his first NFL TD.
Even Matt Birk was all smiles today.
There were no calls for this man today.
Darren Sharper was deactivated for the game.

And one last cheerleader shot.
Coming Tuesday

And while you listen to our assessment, why don't you leave your assessment for everyone to see. Just leave it under the Comments link at the end of this entry.
Posted by maasx003 at September 25, 2005 05:46 PM | TrackBackThose are some really good pictures! Was stoked about the Viking win - it's not all there yet, but at least we are coming together a bit.
Posted by: Steve at September 25, 2005 11:13 PMThe girl in the last cheerleader shot is absolutely gorgeous.
Oh, and the rest of the pictures are great, too. (-:

Posted by: SBG at September 26, 2005 06:38 AMThanks all. It was fun to be down on the field and be able to bring some of that action back to all of you.
Posted by: Brian Maas at September 26, 2005 07:59 AMExcellent shots and a good game.
Posted by: Lonnie at September 26, 2005 11:42 AMMore bachelor picks for us Married guys! Great pics though, must have been awesome to experience the game at field level with the ability to roam the sidelines. What was the noise level like down on the field as compared to in the stands?
Posted by: Bill Poganski at September 26, 2005 04:19 PMGreat job on the photos. A note on Offord, he appears to be done for the year. Who does that leave us in case Sharper's injury is worse than expected? The rookie Fox? Kenny Irvin?
Looking ahead to the Falcons, I think the LB's are going to have to play out of their minds to stop the Falcons from running the ball in order for us to win.
Bill: The noise on the field is always deafening. Like taking body punches, literally. Glad that you enjoyed the cheerleader shots.
John: Yes, the loss of Offord will be huge. Gotta hope that Sharper's injury isn't that bad but then the man was deactivated! At least the bye comes soon.
Posted by: Brian Maas at September 26, 2005 06:37 PMMike Tice-
Anyone else read that Culpepper's weekly schedule changed once Linehan. It is not as regimented, the question I have was why on earth was it changed? Just because Linehan is not around does not mean no one knows what happened before.
Culpepper needs help with game prep- It is Tice's job to know that and make sure it happens.
