politics schmolitics...
so i am watching the republican convention, just as i watched the democratic convention, and let me tell you...John McCain is what more politicians should be like. he discourages negative attacks, and helps to unite parties, speaks his heart and does not simply follow party lines. and the zing he made at michael moore was humerous as well as very serious. i think i see McCain goin for president in 2008. just a guess.

I agree with you on this one davey - he's a good guy, and if political lables did not have to be attached to candidates for them to have a chance at winning, we would have seen him become president in 2000. he had my vote.

yes, i believe the republican party sees his growing popularity among voters on both sides and that is why they are using him to help elect bush, and i believe that McCain will be a good choice for them in '08.
