Suicides draw attention to pressures on gay teens

Seth Walsh, a 13-year-old Californian boy, died Tuesday after attempting suicide the week before, reports the New York Times.

On Top magazine reports that more than 500 people attended Walsh's memorial service on Friday.

Walsh is one of many gay teens who commit suicide in recent months. The pressures these young men face in classrooms and in society at large.
