Lost UCards
We have new procedures for dealing with lost UCards. Any lost UCard will now be stored in a locked drawer in Nick's Desk. When you place a card in the drawer, you will have to fill in information about the card on a sign in/sign out sheet. The sheet asks for the last four digits of the student ID number, date and your initials. When someone comes looking for a lost UCard you will follow a similar procedure. You will go to the locked drawer and then fill in the date it was picked up and your initials. This way we have a secure spot for the UCards and also a method of keeping track of when they were placed and removed from lost and found. Please ask a supervisor about how to get into the locked UCard drawer. Thanks
