Scott's Quillow
Scott's birthday was this past Saturday. Every time I've made a quillow for someone, he's asked when he'll get one. His turn finally came. I found this cute dragon fabric while shopping with Lori & Becka one day; I just added some purple polar fleece, and the materials were set. But I just kept putting it off (of course). Then I found this paper foundation quilt panel, and decided to use it for the pillow portion. The quillow itself is too big and awkward for me to photograph nicely, so you just get the pattern and the fabrics and get to use your imaginations on the rest. And I didn't do the full dragon panel; just the yellow bordering the dragon itself.

I'm looking for some Dungeons and Dragons material that I saw recently in a quilt in Estes Park, Colorado. It was a panel of lots of small boxes of dragons, kings, castles, sorcerers, etc. It was on a black background with different colors in it. The quilt was made about 2 years ago, and I have been searching the web with no luck. If you know where to find this material, or something similar, I'd love to hear from you. Thanks.

I'm looking for a dragon pattern for a vest to perform in for some dragon-themed kids shows. Those colorful dragons on the black background would be perfect. Where'd you get that material? Do you still have any?
Thanks for any help you can offer. I need to find material as quickly as possible.

It's even cuter than I pictured!

John (computer geek) does raise a good point. For those who don't know, a quillow is a smallish blanket that folds up into its own little pillow. Qui[lt-pi]llow. They work up so easily, and really make great gifts. And they give me an excuse to buy really cool fabric like these dragons...

"Quillow"?
Somehow, that just sounds obscene. Not sure why...
