Listening for Modoc Ghosts and Other Ways of Deconstructing the Silence of Colonialism
The Graduate Workshop in Modern History and the Workshop on the Comparative History of Women, Gender and Sexuality will co-sponsoring its next meeting of the Fall 2007 semester on Friday, December 7. History graduate student Boyd Cothran will first workshop his paper, "Listening for Modoc Ghots and Other Ways of Deconstructing the Silence of Colonialism." Kevin Murphy from the History Department will be commentating. Following Boyd, Kate Williams will workshop her paper (Please refer to the posting above for it). We'll meet from 2:30 p.m. in Room 710 Social Sciences (Ford Room). Snacks will be provided.
