Undergrad Writing Consultant Jobs

The Center for Writing invites applications for the position of Undergraduate Writing Consultant. Writing consultants consult one-to-one with students who are working on writing projects from various disciplines. We welcome applications from students in all majors and from diverse cultural and language backgrounds. All new undergraduate consultants will take WRIT 3751W: The Theory and Practice of Writing Consultancy in Fall 2012.

Applications are due by March 4; appointments will be made by the end of April, and work will begin in Fall 2012. Please see the job posting (http://employment.umn.edu/applicants/Central?quickFind=100622) for additional qualifications, job responsibilities, and application instructions. All applications must be submitted online through the University of Minnesota employment system.

Questions should be directed to Dr. Debra Hartley, hartley@umn.edu.
