Professor Miksch Race, Affirmative Action, and the Courts PsTL Research Series.

As part of the PsTL Research Series, Prof Miksch will be giving a talk on
September 13, 2012 titled "Race, Affirmative Action, and the Courts:
Bridging the Legal Community and Social Scientists." Her remarks will
focus on Fisher v. University of Texas at Austin case and the social
science evidence that has been filed with the Supreme Court by
supporters and opponents of race-conscious affirmative action
admission policies.

The talk on Thursday, September 13th (with ample time for discussion
and dialogue) will be in room 227 Burton Hall from 3:30 to 5:00 pm.
Light refreshments will be served and she hopes you will feel free to
come for all or part of the session
