In regards to the bottom design, the two dots seem very distracting to me. They stand out the most to me. When the name should be the one that stands out.

The logo with your full name I think works the best. You have this nice rectangle shape, that works well with logos, makes them very effective. The use of all caps, when done right, has this intelligent and beautiful feel to it. Remember that all caps are harder to read than lowercase. The san serif fonts work well with the rectangle shape, but how about a slab seirf to reinforce the rectangle shape? What other fonts are you considering?
very nice

The first two designs are the best you have. The bottom one has too much distraction associated with it. The period creates an imaginary 'pivot point' and the balance of the logo is completely thrown off. The first one is nice. The capital letters create nice shapes which provoke a calm feeling. However, the y seems out of place. Perhaps it would look better if you removed it.
The second sketch is also very nice. The weight changes in the font work well and creates an interesting balancing act. I like the use of all caps, but I would try making the 'onathan' letters a bit smaller so that there is more shape to the overall name. Remember, we rely on shape in order to read text.

I actually love all three of these designs. They are all so professional and elegant and eye catching. If I were to choose one I would choose the second design with your name printed out. There is something so simple about it that makes it so beautiful and professional looking. It is very successfull and I absolutely love this logo design. The darkness of the "KY" helps make it so elegant and perfect looking. Great job Jonathan!!

The far right design has repetition with rhythm and space between each letters. The whole concept works together. The contrast “KY is darker but still is equalized the visual weight with the first name. It is readable and simple.

I like all three designs, but i agree with the full JonathanKY is the best looking visually. It has nice rhythm, with the emphasis on the KY. It appears smooth and the combination of light and dark contrast words works well with anything. Its asymmetrical balance, in my opinion will balance out visually with the long gray scale of the Jonathan with the dark bold KY. The clean and precise look definitely says your style as a graphic designer , Good job.
