Great snapshot of your child, but for me, it's too busy for a photograph. There is so much in the foreground, and your little one is relativly small in the shot, that it is hard for me to know exactly what the main subject is. My eye wants to focus more on the truck. Also, if you had moved to your right just a bit, you could have completely covered up the socket on the wall behind his head so it wasn't sticking out the side of it. The nature of the assignment was a little lost to me in this one as well. The two main subjects seem to be the kid (who is wearing red) and the truck (which is yellow) I really had to search to find the blue in it. All I found was a couple of the mostly buried books and Cinderella's dress. Yes, there is blue in the picture, so yes, it counts, but it seems like a bit of a close scrape to me. In short, i think this could be made into a better photo if you took a few steps closer to tighten the frame up on the little one, moved slightly to the side to get ride of the socket, and perhaps knelt down a bit to make a more dynamic angle of view. The biggest thing, though, is to get rid of some of the clutter, its just too busy.
