good ideas. They still need to be worked, tho. I like the upward angle on the point of the arrows in the top image. Keep playing with text placement, size, etc... I think there is too much competition between the logo and the text.
The spacing on the third works the bes, although I think the white arrow needs to be moved down a tad. The top arrow on the firt selection is very heavy - our eye focuses on that instead of the entire design.
Play with the placement of the text. Text larger and arrows smaller? Change at the end of the arrow? I am not sure, but those are things to try.
