I like the two with the hands. The one on top is cool because it is so graphic, but the bottom one might work better because it isn't so intense. I would suggest developing them both...
I think both logos "wave..city" and "hand holding planet" are suit the campaign better. I don't know your direction so I can't give the feedback much. You may create them showing a visual of problems or solutions then combine with solutions messages, I think they will work. The "wave.." I see more visual of problem, and hand is more for solution. Great work.

They're too complex - try taking the basic shape of them all and using that.
