Evan, I think the layout of your stationary is work. I also have some suggestions. First, the logo, there were to much thick strokes, can you some how add some thin strokes in combine with thick strokes. I mean you can darker area by multiple thin lines like one we did by hand when we anger/upset. Second, for envelop, place the logo about at the center of the back of envelop, it will reach out to all directions, like you did with letterhead /business card. This way will unify the system. Third, pay attention to the way you carrying it to other side, some how it look like a web to me. You need emotion and motion strokes like a logo. you can carry a partial of you logo on the back to font. Now, It seem like you created different strokes for carrying element instead a part of the logo.
