Creating RefWorks Bibliographies by date

Veterinary residents are often told to read the last 5 years of several key journal titles as part of their education. They sometimes want to create a list of these papers (minus the editorials, etc) arranged chronologically and not by author. Gathering the citations in an index was not the problem, but the folks at RefWorks provided me with the following methodology (I tried it and it works):

Select View, All References (or a specific folder).
Select the sort order for your list from the Sort By drop-down. (Pub Year, Ascending or Descending)

Click on Print.

Select All in List.

Select the appropriate Output Style and click Print.

References will print in the sort order determined in your view and will override the output style sort order.

Follow your browser's instructions for viewing the file and copy and paste the list to your Word Document.

You can also print selected records or a specific folder.
