If a user has SciFinder Scholar access problems

Here's a note about SciFinder access from the AP list, in case any questions come up....

If you have someone with trouble getting access to SciFinder (either "expired credentials" or "trouble locating" site.prf file error messages), most likely this is what is going on.

We had put up a site.prf file (necessary for IP-range validation) that I had received which is apparently not okay. People will need to send an e-mail from their U of M account to get their own version of the file. They should get an almost instant reply with the file attached. We're getting the download page updated as soon as we can.
