RefWorks Performance Issues

Thank you for contacting RefWorks-COS Technical Services.

Recently released updates to the RefWorks program have inadvertently introduced some issues that are impacting users. Issues currently reported and in the process of being resolved:

  1. Users are reporting getting a blank page at login when they finish creating a new account. Access to established accounts are not affected.
  2. Additional reports on performance issues when accessing folders under certain conditions. For example, after an import, trying to access the Last Imported folder spins indefinitely.

We are working on these issues at this time and will report to this list as soon as they are resolved.
