I've had a personal subscription to Faculty of 1000 for quite a while. I find it really helpful when preparing to teach graduate level, literature-based courses in which there is only time to cover a relatively small number of papers in a particular field. I also regularly find interesting articles outside my direct area of interest that I might not have otherwise come across.
