Plant and Insect Diagnostic Clinics are a free service for Anoka County Residents. The clinics are open Wednesday evenings from 6:00-8:00 PM from mid-May through August. They are held at the Anoka County Extension office in Bunker Hills Activities Center. The first clinic will open on May 22nd.

Shop for perennials, specialty annuals, vegetables, herbs, native plants, houseplants and more at the annual Anoka County Master Gardener's plant sale on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 from 7:30 to 3:00
Master Gardener volunteers will also help to answer your gardening questions. There is plenty of parking nearby. Come early as some selections run out quickly.

Applications are now available for the Anoka County Master Gardener program. To obtain an application, select: 2013 Master Gardener Application. Fill out the form online, print, sign, enclose $10 application fee and mail by the deadline of September 28.

Educating people where they live and work about horticulture
Master Gardeners are University of Minnesota-trained volunteers whose job is to educate the public about a variety of horticulture subjects using readily-available, up-to-date research-based information. This educational effort is designed to enhance the public's quality of life and to promote good stewardship of the environment.
