8:30 a.m. - Registration
9:00 a.m. - Not Your Mother's Peonies - Learn about the new peionies that work best in our area and how to care for them from Bruce Rohl of Aspelund Peony Gardens of Kenyon.
10:00 a.m. - Fairy Gardening - Combine your love of gardening with a sense of fantasy to create miniature landscapes, either outside or in a container indoors. Anna Risen of Tonkadale Gardens has been creating fairy gardens for six years.
11:00 a.m. - LUNCH - Enjoy a box lunch and visit the vendors.
12:30 p.m. - Success with Roses - Learn how to grow beautiful roses from one of the Midwest's premier young rose breeds. David Zlesak teaches at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and breeds shrub roses and mini-roses adapted to northern climates.
1:30 p.m. - What's New in Gardening - New varieties emerge yearly, but Mark Armstead watches the trends that define gardening. He has worked in horticulture for 25 years and is assistant retail manager and dgrower for Linder's Garden Center. Join him for "What's New" in plants and design.
