Sunny, some cloud cover at the northern horizon, small puffs of cumulus just beginning to form; breeze from northwest. A few coots near the southwest shore; a few mallards; a pair of geese near the fishing dock; a large muskrat swimming and diving near the southwest shore. A small helicopter flies low back and forth along the northern shore, then disappears. Dozens of swallows flying low over the buoys, still vacant. An eared grebe near the northern shore. Several wild cherry bushes in full flower near the creek.
