Mostly sunny; breeze from the southeast raising white caps. Two sailboats and a kayak on the water; people at both beaches. Mallard and nine ducklings clustered together just off the south shore; a golden retriever in the water but at a distance. Two geese and seven large goslings trimming the grass along the western shore. Numerous caterpillars.
