Yes I know, this is somewhat of a cop-out, but I don't have any fruit in my house...
Anyway, the pericarp is basically the whole darn thing, with seeds (including seed coat) interspersed throughout... Although hopefully not since most commercial oranges are selected for diminished seed production when the fruit is ripest.
