As I was perusing the different comments on the site, I couldn't help but notice that a woman had mistakenly happened upon the History of Sausagefest. Why? Because she was LOOKING FOR ARTICLES ABOUT SAUSAGE FOR HER STUDENTS. Um, as a teacher, this was a bit of a red flag. Oh, wait, I have the new science standards for 5th grade:
1)Students shall understand how weather and catastrophic events affect communities and populations.
2)Students shall work with electricity to gain a working knowledge of circuits and related information.
3)Students shall delve deeply into the background and cultural impact of sausage in our country's history.
I guess I stand corrected. Sorry.
