Californians urged to avoid leaky dam. In other news, Seattle residents were told not to smoke near the oily rags and Miami homeowners were advised not to provoke the hungry alligators. It's just a shame that no one ever told the residents of Chernobyl to avoid the leaky nuclear power plant.
