EBSCO merges Pre-CINAHL with CINAHL databases

EBSCO has integrated Pre-CINAHL content into their CINAHL Plus, CINAHL with Full Text, and CINAHL Plus with Full Text products. As a result of this integration, EBSCO will be removing Pre-CINAHL as a separate database. This means that, for EBSCO CINAHL subscribers, your users will no longer see a separate listing for Pre-CINAHL on your EBSCO menu of resources. All content will be available through your CINAHL database.

EBSCO will delay removing Pre-CINAHL as a separate database until the end of November 2006. However, EBSCO suggests that, if you are providing your users with a direct link to Pre-CINAHL, you remove Pre-CINAHL direct links now. Please contact EBSCO’s Technical Support staff if you would like assistance with removing a Pre-CINAHL link.
