As part of our continuing efforts to improve Ovid’s North America data center system infrastructure, we have scheduled a downtime for the SilverPlatter Internet Service. The downtime will take place from 9pm, Saturday, August 11, 2007 to 2am, Sunday August 12, 2007 Eastern Daylight Time (Sunday, August 12, 2007 01:00-06:00 GMT).
Though we have specifically scheduled this downtime during a period of low usage, we do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and your users. If you have any questions, please contact support@ovid.com.
