Facts on File 2009 Price Increase Held to 2%

In consideration of the economic pinch that libraries are facing, Facts On File database subscriptions will be subject to a 2% renewal increase in 2009, as opposed to the standard 4%.

For 2010, plan on the renewal rate going back to 4%.
