Serials Solutions notice: NEW UPDATE Regarding System Downtime October 24

Dear Serials Solutions Customer,
I apologize for the inconvenience this maintenance window has caused. Our original schedule was in direct conflict with our clients in Asia Pacific and in the Southern Hemisphere, where they are finishing up their school years. In an attempt to accommodate this our subsequent schedule had notable impact on North American customers. In light of this, we have forced our provider to open a new window to better minimize the effect on all our global customers.
The new window is scheduled to upgrade our systems on Saturday, October 24, from 12:01 am PDT (Saturday, October 24, from 0701 GMT). As a result of this upgrade, all services (Serials Solutions 360 services, Client Center, Ulrich's, and Summon) may become unavailable. Our work will be completed in 2 hours. After the work is performed IP addresses are spawned across the world by network providers and services will return as networks are updated. Since network providers vary in their responsiveness we wanted to alert you to a worst case outage of 4 additional hours for a total of 6 hours. I believe your window of downtime will be much less, probably 2 to 3 hours total.
