ProQuest Maintenance Window - December 5, 2009

Dear ProQuest Customer,

ProQuest® will be performing infrastructure maintenance on December 5, 2009. A four (4) hour maintenance window will be required for this maintenance. The window will take place from Saturday, December 5, 2009, at 22:00 EST to Sunday, December 6, 2009 at 02:00 EST. See below for a more complete list of times and time zones.

As part of our ongoing commitment to investing in support systems for our customers around the world, ProQuest will be performing infrastructure maintenance for our state-of-the-art data center.

The following products will be unavailable during these windows:

  • ProQuest platform products, ProQuest Historical Newspapers (traditional and graphical K12 interface), American Periodicals Series

  • Chadwyck-Healey products only in North America

  • CSA Illumina products such as CSA Technology Research Database, Illustrata: Natural Sciences, and CSA Sociological Abstracts

  • Genealogy and local history products including Ancestry Library Edition, HeritageQuest Online, Historic Map Works Library Edition, ProQuest Obituaries and Digital Sanborn Maps

  • K-12 products

  • RefWorks-COS products

  • UMI products including online dissertation products

  • Corporate Websites including the ProQuest Support Center

Maintenance window schedule, by time zone:

  • Eastern Standard Time: Saturday, December 5, 2009 at 22:00 for four (4) hours

  • British Summer Time: Sunday, December 6, 2009 at 03:00 for four (4) hours

  • Central European Time: Sunday, December 6, 2009 at 04:00 for four (4) hours

  • Japan/Korea Standard Time: Sunday, December 6, 2009 at 12:00pm for four (4) hours

  • Malaysia/China Standard Time: Sunday, December 6, 2009 at 11:00 for four (4) hours

  • Australia Eastern Standard Time: Sunday, December 6, 2009 at 14:00 for four (4) hours

  • Brazil Standard Time: Sunday, December 6, 2009 at 01:00 for four (4) hours

  • New Zealand Time: Sunday, December 6, 2009 at 16:00 for four (4) hours
