Upcoming EBSCO A-to-Z Reader Site Transition

Earlier this summer, we notified customers about refreshing the look and feel of the A-to-Z Reader Site to better harmonize with the EBSCOhost and EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS) interfaces. The Enhanced Reader Site went live on 22 June and since that time we have encouraged administrators to make any necessary changes to their Reader Site configuration for the official transition to this new, enhanced site. We've posted "tips" directly within the A-to-Z Administrator Site and EBSCO Customer Satisfaction has been working closely with any customers requesting branding assistance.

The Original Reader Site and the corresponding features within A-to-Z Admin will be disabled on 26 August 2011. This transition will begin at 6:00 PM Eastern Time (22:00 GMT) and may take up to three hours to complete. During this transition some users may experience intermittent interruptions when accessing the A-to-Z Administrator and Reader Sites.

After the transition takes place, any users accessing the Reader Site through an Original Site URL will be automatically redirected to the new, enhanced site.
