ProQuest Maintenance Window - August 18, 2012

Dear ProQuest Customer,

ProQuest® will be performing infrastructure maintenance on Saturday, August 18, 2012. A twelve (12) hour maintenance window will be required for this maintenance. The window will take place from Saturday, August 18, 2012, at 22:00 ET to Sunday, August 19, 2012 at 10:00 ET. See below for a more complete list of times and time zones.

The following products will be unavailable during these windows:

  • New and Legacy ProQuest platform products, ProQuest Historical Newspapers (traditional and graphical K12 interface), American Periodicals Series
  • Chadwyck-Healey products with domain names ending with chadwyck.com
  • Illumina products such as Technology Research Database, Illustrata: Natural Sciences, and Sociological Abstracts
  • Genealogy and local history products including African American Heritage, Ancestry Library Edition, HeritageQuest Online, Historic Map Works Library Edition, ProQuest Obituaries and Digital Sanborn Maps
  • K-12 products, including eLibrary and SIRS
  • ProQuest Digital Microfilm and online dissertation products

Maintenance window schedule, by time zone:

  • Eastern Time: Saturday, August 18, 2012 at 22:00 for twelve (12) hours
  • British Summer Time: Sunday, August 19, 2012 at 03:00 for twelve (12) hours
  • Central/Western European Summer Time: Sunday, August 19, 2012 at 04:00 for twelve (12) hours
  • Japan/Korea Standard Time: Sunday, August 19, 2012 at 11:00 for twelve (12) hours
  • Malaysia/China Standard Time: Sunday, August 19, 2012, at 10:00 for twelve (12) hours
  • Australia Eastern Standard Time: Sunday, August 19, 2012, at 12:00 midday for twelve (12) hours
  • Brazil Standard Time: Saturday, August 18, 2012 at 23:00 for twelve (12) hours
  • New Zealand Standard Daylight Time: Sunday, August 19, 2012 at 14:00 for twelve (12) hours
