Your Library is not Batman
Does your library have a Twitter handle, a Facebook site, a MySpace page, a YouTube channel, and a FriendFeed account? If so, you've got quite a social media utility belt. But do you need all those tools? Rohit Bhargava at the Influential Marketing Blog wonders if libraries, er, brands that try to have a presence everywhere spread themselves too thin and don't have an impact anywhere.
