Leadership is comprehensive. It encompasses various aspects and interplay of those aspects. Leadership is therefore ever-evolving and is not independent of surrounding influences that contribute to its continuous growth.
Leadership is having the ability to evolve leadership styles to become more effective as a leader according to the climate in which you lead.
Leadership is the ability to make difficult decisions that compliment the circumstance for the group or the individual. Making tough decisions as a leader include decisions among choices that all seem fitting or right and being able to decipher among these and decide the best decision makes an exceptional leader.
Successful leadership includes the ability to accommodate leadership styles across settings where appropriate. Great leadership is dependent on the ability of that leader to evaluate the context and accommodate an appropriate leadership style that maximizes desirable action on the part of the team.
