University on the Prairie in Southern Minnesota

University on the Prairie is an intensive hands-on educational experience in four science-based areas important to the life and industries of Southern Minnesota: healthcare, food science, environmental science and engineering.

Sixty students in grades 8-10 with high aptitude and/or academic achievement from school districts in Southwest Minnesota will be selected from the applicants to participate in the program.

The program will be held August 5-7, 2008 at the Southwest Research and Outreach Center in Lamberton, MN.
