The first Corps Community Day will be on October 13, 2011, during the 13th annual National Primary Care Week.

The National Health Service Corps (NHSC) is conducting a variety of events and activities nationwide on this day in an effort to recruit additional health professionals to serve communities in need and to strengthen the public's understanding of the importance of access to primary care.
