The Youth Work Institute has developed a series of eight specialized trainings that focus on critical areas of work for youth workers. These signature courses are offered in short and long formats (3 hours up to 24 hours), and some are available as both distance-learning and face-to-face opportunities. The signature programs include: Culturally Responsive Youth Work Matters, Deliberate Practice Matters, Evaluation Matters, Intentional Program Design Matters, Leadership Matters, Quality Matters, Youth Engagement Matters, and Youth Work Matters.
In February and March you can choose from among several of these signature classes: the 3-hour version of Leadership Matters, the full 15-hour Youth Engagement Matters series, and the online edition of Youth Work Matters.
