Wisdom is something that all leaders need in order to lead the people well in good values and morals.Wisdom is not something that all leaders have because it comes to one through life experiences and lessons learned through out life. It is important that leaders use their previous experiences, elderly people and other influential heroes in their lives who are considered wise to guide them through their leadership journey. Patience also comes in hand with wisdom because it is not something that one can get easily rather something that needs integrity, patience and knowledge to determine how to handle situations.
