Adaptability
This strongly fits me because I am always living in the moment. I know I am creating my future with every decision I make and that obstacles will come and I have to face them as they come. I always live one day at a time. I am someone that is always going with the flow and that is very important to me, I never want to be the guy that is demanding things. I would consider myself very flexible.

Arranger
Although I have adaptability I would also consider myself to be a leader. This is because when we are doing something school, sports, or work related I like to find the most efficient way to get things done and at the same time doing the best job we can with the least amount of resistance. It all starts with the foundation and you have to work your way up. That goes for sports in the sense of defense to offense. In school from the pre reqs to the major classes, and in work from doing your research to the final product. If you don't do the work in the beginning (the foundation) how are you going to be able to do well on the other half, your going to be lost and its going to be a sloppy mess.

Belief
I am a family man. I am religious. I seek people that have high respect for themselves and others. People can come to me because they know I am dependable and trust worthy. I see success being more than money and prestige. Success to me is reflected on how happy you are when you are doing it. My work must be meaningful, for example what I do now is I work with my Dad at his company Faribault Woolen Mills. This company had so much work to do and that did not scare either of us away, we came into a dirty mess but when you are there at the plant and working with the people and over coming all these obstacles it is truly a blessing to be apart of. You fall in love with the people the setting the everything.

Developer
I am a soccer coach, so my job as well is to see the potential in the kids. They come to the first practice telling me where they play, and after two practices I will know if they are right. I rearranged my entire team last season. My forward is now playing sweeper (last defender) and my goalie is playing center mid. Everyone has gifts when they are truly passionate about something and these kids did but no one ever put them where there true potential could shine. I love watching these kids develop and get better. That is what makes me excited to be a coach and excited to help them.

Harmony
This is my number one strength. I have taken a couple of these tests before because I lead a small group and I work for a church and this was one of first exercise's as leaders because we had to know what we could do that would most benefit the kids. I strongly dislike conflict. When people around me are arguing about their different views I try to help them find a common ground solution so everyone can feel comfortable being there again. I always will steer away from confrontation and try to find harmony. I am the kind of guy that would be willing to modify my own objections to merge with others as long as it doesn't affect my basic values. I just don't find it worth the fight
