Wednesday, October 28 - Halloween Lunch with Gourd Carving and a Display from the Tretter Collection
11:30 am - 1:00 pm, 120 Elmer L. Andersen Library
We will have gourds for carving and decorating for Halloween and piza for lunch. A display of Halloween-related materials from the Tretter Collection will be on display.
Thursday, October 29 - Thurdays Nights @ the Movies

5:00 pm: Pre-Movie Gathering at the Riverview Coffee/Wine Bar (across the street from the theater -- meet us on the wine bar side)
7:00 pm: Movie starts
Join us before the movie for some social time and/or for the Riverview's Paul Newman Film Fest. This week, "The Sting" (1973).
11:30 am--1:00 pm, 120 Elmer L. Andersen Library
We will have pizza for lunch and mini gourds for carving or other decorating possibilities. Halloween-related materials from the Tretter GLBT Collection will be on display, such as lesbian vampire novels!
Join us tonight Thursday Oct. 22 at the Riverview Theater - 3800 42nd Ave S, Minneapolis, MN - for the Paul Newman film fest. Tonight's movie: The Hustler (1961). Movies are $5.00 and start at 7:00 PM.
Come early for a social hour starting at 5:00 pm at the Riverview Coffee/Wine bar across the street. The wine bar and coffee shop are separate, so be sure to look around for P @ W.
Thursday's at the Riverview -- we'll be meeting at the Riverview coffee shop for coffee/treats from 5-6:30, then heading over the the Riverview Theater for the Paul Newman movie du jour (this week: Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid). Come get your Paul Newman fix (& Redford ain't too bad neither). We'll be going Thursday's all month long so hopefully you will join us for one. And you can come for just the coffee or just the movie.
