Twins beat Orioles 2-0

Francisco Liriano threw four perfect innings as the Twins held on to a no-hitter until the ninth inning, the Star Tribune reported.

Liriano struck out five batters while Joe Nathan struck out two in his first appearance since Feb. 25.

The Orioles catcher Matt Wieters broke-up the no-hitter with a single leading off the ninth against Bobby Keppel.

Carlos Gomez provided the offense with a two-run homer in the sixth inning.
