Last Definition: Leadership is a quality that only some people are born with. If you are born with leadership you hold the ability to maximize your skills in positively affecting others by ways of influence, guidance, and affliction.

New Definition: Leadership is the act of guiding others in order to achieve something whether it be a goal, or just over all connectedness within a group. A leader brings people together by influencing theme to all want a certain success, and a leader is the one who will lead people to success. They recognize strengths within a group to reach maximum potential.

After seeing people's presentations i gathered a few things from their definitions.

First Definition: Having leadership is having the ability to guide or lead a group. You influence people positively and people tend to follow your actions.

In reading "Deciding What You Believe," I recognized that leadership has many different approaches but there are certain ones that I believe are the most successful, and also that leadership is a quality you must hold from birth in order to be a successful leader.
