Leadership Definition 5

Last Week's Definition: Leadership is the act of guiding others to achieve maximum potential of individuals with whatever they may be doing. A leader is someone people look up to because they have the ability to guide people and hold composure, in times where others may fail to. it is because of a person's ability for people to gravitate towards them and follow them with their guidance that makes someone have good leadership.

New Definition: Leadership is guiding and influencing people in a positive way. Leadership can shine through any circumstance, as long as people are being guided to where they want to be and in a successful way.

Reasoning: Leadership is a very non specific thing. I realized that it can be seen in any circumstance and can be represented in many different ways.
